Psychiatry Services
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60‒75 min): $350
- Comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medical and psychosocial history, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
Follow-Up Visits
- Medication Management Only (25 min): $150
- Medication Management + Brief Psychotherapy (30 min): $175 • Medication Management + Psychotherapy (45 min): $200
Weight Loss Management
- Initial Consultation (60‒75 min): $300
- Includes medical evaluation, nutrition review, and treatment plan (with lab review if indicated).
- Follow-Up Visits (20‒30 min): $125‒$175
Medication Costs (not included in visit fee):
- GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro): $900‒$1,300/month (cash price if not covered)
- Oral medications (Phentermine, Contrave, Topiramate, etc.): $30‒$150/month

Policies
- Medication refills between visits: Included if clinically appropriate
- Letters / forms / documentation: $25‒$75 depending on complexity
- Missed appointment / late cancellation (<24 hours): $100 fee
- Payment Policy: Payment due at time of service (Credit/Debit, HSA/FSA, Zelle, CashApp, etc.)
- Insurance: Currently out-of-network. Superbills available for possible reimbursement.
